[:sv]Google ökar kraven för utvecklare att säkra upp sina hemsidor ännu mer än tidigare. Sedan Chrome 62 informerades användare att en hemsida var osäker om den låg på en http-sida och inom kort stegras säkerhetskraven på hemsidorna ännu mer.
Det börjar med uppdateringen till version 66 av Chrome där Google nedvärderar alla SSL-certifikat från Symantec. Detta då det framkommit att Symantec har släppt flertalet tvivelaktiga certifikat.
Nästa steg för att uppmärksamma användarna är uppdateringen till Chrome 68 som är tänkt att släppas i juli 2018. Där kommer alla http-sidor märkas som osäkra i adressfältet.
Med releasen av Chrome 70, planerad till oktober 2018, så kommer förtroendet för alla SSL-certifikat från Symantec helt tas bort.
Säkerhet på nätet är något som Google går i spetsen för och att ha sin hemsida med ett SSL-certifikat är något man måste se över nu.
